The client is free to decide whether or not to resort to mediation. In the event of recourse to mediation by Hôtel de La Boétie, the client is also free to accept or refuse mediation.
Once the mediator's decision is made, each party is free to accept or reject the solution proposed by the mediator.
• In the event of a dispute, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation No. 44/2001 of December 22, 2000, and Article R. 631-3 of the Consumer Code:
• the client may seize either one of the territorially competent jurisdictions under the Code of Civil Procedure or the jurisdiction of the place where they resided at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the harmful event;
• Hôtel de La Boétie may seize the court of the place where the client is domiciled.
Hôtel de La Boétie reserves the right to request and obtain injunctions or orders for the defense of its rights under these terms.
